Pre-sale holds will be refunded should they fail to thrive.

Regular sold geckos only eligible for store credit.

(I've never had a gecko fail to thrive in my 13 years, this is just as precaution)

Care fees are optional not mandatory.

There are no refunds should you change your mind during this hold period as I do not hold the funds for 6+ months.

Once spring hits and weather is good on both ends you have 2 weeks to respond with a shipping plan once I reach out or your order will be cancelled and relisted. No refunds.

Under $250 14 days with 50% non refundable deposit!

$250+ 30 days with 35% non refundable deposit.

You must make a minimum of 1 payment in between the 30 days.

IF you have buyers remorse you can abandon your order but no refund will be given.

Please be responsible when placing an order as this is not my responsibility to refund.

- We use reptile express international to ship.

- I will hold all geckos until a safe weather window opens.

We only ship out Monday-Wednesday.

- I am not responsible for geckos once in your possession.

 I must be notified of a DOA or shipping issues within 30 mins of delivery time stamp without exception.

Failure to do so voids any resolution. A sealed unboxing video is required for proof of a DOA to obtain a full store credit.

Store credit is issued if any issues arise for the animal cost only.

- Failure to respond to arrange shipment within 7 days of receiving my message causes you to lose your order and all money placed.

 

- I have the right to refund and cancel your order at any point should I feel I no longer want to do business with you.

 

- Tail drops or cosmetic issues during a hold or shipment is nonrefundable.

- If a gecko on hold becomes ill, passes away or escapes (god forbid), you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.​

I check pores at the time of these pictures and price as such. This does not guarantee their sex unless stated male or female.

I do not offer extra pore checks every time requested sorry.

I do not offer additional pictures or videos, I do my best to capture them best I can only due to the fact of the volume of holds and my hectic schedule, I simply just do not have the extra time, I apologize.
