By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or purchasing an animal from Exquisite Geckos, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information
Exquisite Geckos is a private breeder specializing in crested geckos. All animals are bred and raised with an emphasis on ethical care, health, and quality. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, buyers, and clients.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Animal Sales
All geckos are sold as live animals, not guaranteed for breeding, or future color outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.
Visual traits may change as animals mature. Color, pattern, and structure can evolve over time.
Sex is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as confirmed at time of sale.
Buyers must be knowledgeable about crested gecko care or willing to learn proper husbandry prior to purchase.

3. Health Guarantee (Summary)
All geckos are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale and pickup/shipping.
Any concerns must be reported within 1 hour of receiving with clear photographic or video evidence.
Once the gecko leaves our care, Exquisite Geckos is not responsible for issues related to improper husbandry, stress, injury, shipping, or environmental factors beyond our control.
The Health Guarantee does not apply to shipping-related outcomes. Please refer to the Health Guarantee and Shipping & Pickup policies for full details.

4. Payments (Summary)
Payment is required in full before an animal is released.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in forfeiture of prior payments and the animal being relisted.
Payment plans are governed by the Payment Plans policy and must be reviewed prior to entering a plan.

5. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of live animals:
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once the animal leaves our care, except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

6. Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing from Exquisite Geckos, the buyer agrees to:
Provide proper housing, nutrition, humidity, and veterinary care.
Never resell or rehome the animal irresponsibly.
Understand that live animals are a long-term commitment.

7. Limitation of Liability (Summary)
Exquisite Geckos shall not be held liable for:
Injuries, losses, or damages resulting from ownership of a live animal.
Emotional distress, financial loss, or indirect damages.
Issues arising from improper care after transfer to the buyer.

8. Right to Refuse Sale
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at our discretion if we believe the animal would not be placed in a suitable environment.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Exquisite Geckos operates.
