Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in my crested geckos. By purchasing a gecko from me, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
I only sell healthy, well-established crested geckos that are eating consistently, growing, and thriving before leaving my care.
With over 13 years of experience keeping and breeding crested geckos, I take pride in producing quality animals and ensuring they are ready for their new homes.
It is the buyer's responsibility to research proper husbandry, enclosure setup, feeding, supplementation, and general care requirements before purchasing a gecko. Please ensure you are fully prepared before bringing your new animal home.
I reserve the right to refuse any sale at my discretion if I have concerns regarding the welfare of the animal or believe proper care may not be provided.
Payments, Deposits & Holds
Geckos will not be held without a deposit.
Payment plans are available only on purchases over $250.
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to begin a payment plan.
Payment plans are limited to 30 days and payments must be made at least bi-weekly.
Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale. Any deposits and payments already made will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available at an additional cost. Please inquire for a shipping quote.
Shipping availability depends on weather conditions and the safety of the animal. I reserve the right to delay shipping if temperatures or conditions are unsuitable.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims are not covered, as shipping is handled by third-party carriers and is outside of my control. However, in over 13 years of breeding and shipping reptiles, I have never experienced a DOA.
In the unlikely event that a DOA occurs, I may, at my sole discretion, discuss the possibility of a replacement animal. Any replacement offered does not include shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Once a gecko has been picked up, delivered, or accepted by the buyer, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Buyer Responsibility
Buyers must have an appropriate enclosure and all necessary supplies ready before receiving their gecko.
Once a gecko leaves my care, its ongoing husbandry, health, wellbeing, and environment become the sole responsibility of the buyer.
No refunds will be issued due to buyer's remorse, changes in personal circumstances, landlord restrictions, family disagreements, allergies, financial situations, or inability to care for the animal.
Tail Drops
While every effort is made to minimize stress, tail drops can occasionally occur due to natural causes or stress-related events.
If a gecko drops its tail while on hold, during a payment plan, prior to pickup, or prior to shipping, no refund, discount, cancellation, or compensation will be provided.
Tail drops are considered cosmetic and do not affect the overall health, quality of life, or personality of the gecko.
Additional Information
Sex is not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Color, pattern, and appearance may change as the gecko matures.
Breeding potential, future reproductive success, and genetic outcomes are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
